The world's simplest dessert: strawberries dipped in chocolate.
Ingridients:
* 150g dark chocolate, chopped
* 500g fresh strawberries with leaves
Directions:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, or in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, heat chocolate, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is smooth and melted.
- Holding berries by their stems, dip each one in molten chocolate, about three-quarters of the way to the stem. Place, stem side down, on a wire rack and chill in refrigerator until chocolate sets.
This is the simplest, most effective combination of chocolate and fruit and just a lovely sweet to serve
