Vanilla Mochaccino



2 coffee cups of strong French roast coffee
2 cups of fat-free milk
1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Brew 2 cups of French roast or espresso-style coffee and pour into a small saucepan with
milk, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla extract; simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes;
pour over ice in 2 large lidded cups and shake well before serving.
Note: This beverage can also be prepared warm. After simmering ingredients, blend with a
hand-held electric mixer to create a frothy top and pour into coffee mugs.

Orange Cream Chiller



3 ounces orange juice concentrate
1 cup low-fat milk
½ cup nonfat Greek style plain yogurt
1 small frozen banana or 3 frozen strawberries
1 teaspoon honey
½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator

SOUTHWESTERN BLOODY MARY






Serves 6


  • 3 cups spicy hot v-8 juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce (from canned chipotle chilies in adobo)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2/3 cup chilled vodka
  • 6 celery ribs , with leafy tops
  • 6 fresh red chilies, slit
  • Ice cubes


Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients in pitcher. Chill mix ture until cold, at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Mix in vodka.
3. Fill glasses with ice. Pour Bloody Mary mixture over. Garnish with celery and chilies.

Fruit and / or mixed vegetables, as in any health system shake recipe mentioned that floods your body with vitamins, minerals, enzymes and fiber, as you know, to do a lot of good health and bring life to the defense of body against disease. Mango Smoothie Recipe:

The ingredients are as follows, ½ cup orange juice

- 1 cup fresh mango, which has been peeled, seeded and cut into pieces.

- Honey to taste

- 1 cup ice

Optional:

- The natural yogurt

- ½ teaspoon of sugar.

Place orange juice, mango and honey in a blender. Mixing at high speed for about thirty seconds. Check the consistency and sweetness. If it is too thick, add ¼ cup of water around the desired consistency without problems. Once satisfied, add a cup of ice and turn on the blender for a glass of tempting, tasty, fresh shake, low calorie champagne! Serve immediately. Tempting is not it? Thought so.

Recipe for Peanut Butter Smoothie

Looking for a hit of protein that gets the taste buds? Then look no further than peanut butter smoothie to repair these cravings loaded with dough. It is full of vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, soy protein and monounsaturated fatty acids omega-3 fats also much more.

Ingredients needed:

- 1 banana

- ½ fresh apple

- 1 kiwi, peeled

- ½ cup frozen mixed berries

- 1 cup pumpkin orange

- ½ cup soy milk

- ½ cup yogurt thin

- ½ cup of tofu

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter

- 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil

Here are directions for the best results in a blender, combine banana, apple and kiwi fruit, orange juice and beat until no lumps are found. Then add the soy milk, yogurt, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, and give you turn on the blender. Pour carefully into a glass and sip!

- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced

- 2 cups frozen strawberries, raspberries

- 1 cup milk

- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt

- ½ cup of fruit juice, freshly squeezed orange juice

- 1-2 tablespoons honey

The positions are the same as in the previous recipe.

Sudanese Cinnamon Tea


This is a lovely simple recipe for traditional cinnamon tea as it is drunk in Sudan. You can reduce / increase the servings easily also.

Ingredients

# 4 cups boiling water
# 4 tea english tea bags or 4 teaspoon of loose english tea
# 4 cinnamon sticks (approx 1/2-inch)
# 4 lumps of sugar, plus extra
# sugar


Directions

  1. Place 4 cups of boiling water in a tea pot with the tea & allow to brew for a few minutes then stir.
  2. Place 1 cinnamon stick & 1 sugar lump in a tea cup & pour the tea slowly over them.
  3. Serve with an additional bowl of sugar lumps for guests to add if they like.
TIPS
Add a cinnamon stick to the tea pot whilst the tea is brewing for a stronger cinnamon flavour
